It's first purpose was to help us with giving training's (sort of "lessons"). After the first one the idea came up to make it more functional with an faq, building script and even an army script. <p> Those were available in the main channel until a user asked if he asked if he could get the bot in his own channel. That made us thinking. What if you could make this bot also more functional for alliances. We made it register able asap. After that we called all the helpers at that time together to discuss about what tools the bot should have. <p> First we made way to contact the helpers so the users could ask questions about ikariam from there own channel. Then we made it available to use the "community" tools also in there channels. After that more and more tools came. An easier poll system, an agenda, a fact system and even a way to manage the + and @ in the channels <p> That has been for a while until a user of an other community came to me and asked if it also was available to them. That has also been discussed and we decided to make the tools more open so we could easily adapt them to every community that wanted the bot. After that we went to the admins of a couple community's. The most of them thought is was a good (some even called it great) idea and would support it. There were enough people who wanted the bot so we started to script and bit by bit it's coming together now.
